Agathis is a type of evergreen tree found in Australasia and Southeast Asia. There are 23 different species, but the best known is Agathis australis — better known as the kauri tree. Native to New Zealand, the kauri is the largest tree by volume in the country. It can grow over 50 metres tall and is believed to live for up to a thousand years.

No. We can only speak with wholesale investors under New Zealand law. That means investors who have the experience and understanding to assess risk and don’t require the same protections that apply to retail investors.

We invest only in listed equities — no bonds, no private equity, no distractions. Our portfolio is global, focused on listed companies traded on well-established stock exchanges. Right now, we hold shares in businesses based in the U.S., Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, and Indonesia.
